Dormilatex guarantees its customers the option to cancel your order at any time and without any cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
The client shall have a period of seven days from receipt of the order to the contract and return the product purchased. A customer shall Dormilatex within the stipulated time, and by any means admitted in law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The request must be returned with the delivery note and invoice if a Dormilatex, at the customer with return postage.
The customer may return any item purchased in Dormilatex long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original packaging, except in cases of defective merchandise.
Customers should open and review before the delivery of the Agency of Transportation for your package and check the seals and packaging to verify that the material has not been damaged and the content is correct. If you notice any impact on the receipt of the consignment and noted on the carrier delivery note to return the package immediately and notify Dormilatex within 24 hours. Dormilatex not support any claim that does not meet the above standards.
In these cases, Dormilatex, refund the purchase through a credit to the credit card, by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or credited to your account.
If a product other than that requested by the customer outside of Dormilatex delivered by mistake, it will be removed and given the right product at no additional charge to the buyer.

Time and charges
When you place your order on our website, you are informed if our product is available in our stock. If the product you have requested is not available at that time, be informed of the expected delivery date.
If our product is in stock, delivery will take place from 5 to 10 days.
Returns
We are proud to say that all products are manufactured and packaged with extreme care. But sometimes it may happen that the goods arrive damaged. In this case, please notify us within 3 business days following receipt of our merchandise. This can be returned within 15 days. Include a note describing the reason for return. Your comments can be very helpful to us.
Accept the return of the product if you are not completely satisfied with it under the following conditions:
-. the product and packaging will be returned in perfect condition;
-. notify us within 3 working days of receipt;
-. the product is returned within 15 days of receipt.
We recommend:
-. Carefully unpack the product and not throw away any packaging
-. returning the product will be via courier. The postage will be borne by the customer.
In the previous cases, the cost of the product will be fully refunded, including shipping costs charged by us. Unfortunately we can not refund your shipping costs.
